Talent teams

Your process. Your systems. Your candidates. Added search depth.

Some searches need more depth than a busy team can give them: a niche technical role, a confidential leader, a market that needs a wider net. Outside help often arrives with its own process and a stack of CVs to sort. We work inside yours. You keep the visibility, the candidate relationships and the final decision.

How we work with your team

An extension of your team, held to the standards you have already built.

Your process

We learn your intake, interview stages and standards, then point out where a particular search needs something different.

Your systems

Where your ATS offers an API or webhook, we connect to it. Where it does not, we agree on one version of the work your team can see.

Your candidate experience

Every candidate gets the role, the pay range and the interview plan up front, hears where they stand, and gets a real answer at the end.

Your hiring managers

We run intake with them, give each interviewer a scorecard tied to the agreed outcomes, and keep debriefs and decisions on schedule.

Every step in view

Every step of the search is visible to your team as it happens, in your Hiring Workspace.

Shared visibility

Every candidate, conversation, scorecard and open decision, current as the search moves.

Your candidates in the same evaluation

Your referrals, applicants and internal candidates can enter the same assessment as everyone we find.

In their words

From a head of talent who guards their process, and a candidate who did not get the job.

I was protective of our process because we had spent years fixing it. They didn't try to replace it. They learned how we worked, pointed out where this search needed something different, and then got on with the job.

Head of Talent, growth-stage cybersecurity company

I didn't get the job, and I'd still say it was one of the better processes I've been through. They told me where things stood, called when the timing changed, and gave me an actual answer at the end.

Fees

Each search runs at a fixed fee, agreed before it begins. Most roles run as Specialist Search; leaders run as Leadership Search.

Usual fit

Specialist Search

$10,000

Retainer: $2,500

Balance at signature: $7,500

For individual contributors and people managers within a defined functional market.

Leadership Search

$20,000

Retainer: $5,000

Balance at signature: $15,000

For executives, heads of function, and searches that need broader market mapping, multi-stakeholder alignment, leadership assessment or heightened confidentiality.

If you hire a candidate your own team found, or someone internal, the retainer covers the work completed and the search closes there.

Choose Exclusive Search and we're your only external firm for 20 business days, starting when you approve the Signal Spec and outreach is ready. Your fee becomes $9,000 for Specialist or $18,000 for Leadership, and replacement coverage extends to 180 days. View the fee schedule

Questions

Yes. Specialist Search includes full assessment for up to three client-sourced candidates, and Leadership Search for up to five. Additional candidates can be assessed at an agreed rate, and candidates your team finds are identity verified within the search, like everyone we find.

Where your systems offer an API or webhook, we connect the workflow. Where they do not, we agree on an operating model that keeps one version of the work and full visibility for your team.
