For investors

Portfolio partnerships for venture funds.

Every firm you introduce to a founder carries your fund's name.

[solved] partners with venture funds to give their portfolio companies a senior search partner for consequential hires: defining the role, calibrating the market and assessing candidates before they reach the hiring team. Portfolio companies receive a preferred rate and a first working session within three business days. Your fund receives quarterly hiring clinics, quarterly talent market briefings and, with each founder's consent, visibility into leadership searches.

Leadership searches, in view

What your fund receives

Practical hiring support for your founders and market intelligence for your partners.

Quarterly, group sessions

Hiring clinics for your founders

Founders across your portfolio bring an upcoming critical hire and leave with a clearer view of what the person must accomplish, the level the role requires, the trade-offs to expect and where to search. When the search begins, the direction is already clear.

Quarterly

Talent market briefings

A concise view of compensation, candidate availability and hiring conditions across your portfolio's markets, drawn from current market data and patterns across our searches. Built for partner meetings, board conversations and the support your platform team gives founders.

Founders stay in control

Partnership gives founders access, support and a preferred rate. The search remains theirs.

  • They engage [solved] directly
  • They approve their own Signal Spec and search direction
