Scaling teams

More roles. More interviewers. More decisions. One standard.

As a company grows, hiring spreads across managers who each define roles, run interviews and judge candidates in their own way. Decisions start to rest on impressions, and strong candidates wait while the team aligns. We give every search the same foundation: clear outcomes, shared scorecards and one coordinated process.

What every search shares

Whichever manager is hiring, and for whichever role.

Outcomes before outreach

Each role starts with what the hire must accomplish, agreed by the hiring manager and everyone who will interview.

Scorecards for every interviewer

Each interviewer tests their own part of the evidence against the outcomes you approved, so the decision rests on one standard.

One process across searches

Every role runs through the same stages, cadence and Hiring Workspace, so you see every search in one place.

Every search in one view

Your Hiring Workspace shows every open search on one page: where each one stands, what is waiting and what needs a decision.

For hiring managers

Your role, your candidates and the next decision you owe, with a scorecard ready before each interview.

For the leadership team

Every search side by side, moving through the same stages and judged by the same standard.

In their words

From an engineering leader whose team hires together, and a candidate who met that team.

Our old debriefs were five smart people using the same words to mean different things. This time, we could point to what we had actually seen instead of arguing about whether someone felt senior enough.

By the second conversation, I usually have three different versions of the job. Here, everyone described the same job. That sounds small until you've been through the opposite.

Questions

They apply when two or more roles are commissioned together and launched as one engagement. The roles can span functions and seniority levels. Roles added later are priced under a new engagement or an amendment.

Where your systems offer an API or webhook, we connect the workflow. Where they do not, we agree on an operating model that keeps one version of the work and full visibility for your team.

Your time goes to the first working session, your interviews and the final call. We handle everything between them: outreach, assessment, scheduling and candidate communication. Your shortlist arrives in your inbox, and your Hiring Workspace holds the detail.
